Founded in 1992, The Friday Forum is dedicated to providing advanced educational programs for individuals interested in supporting and developing philanthropy. Originally established as a speaker’s bureau, The Friday Forum has become a well established opportunity for senior development professionals, consultants and non-profit board members to hear presentations by thought leaders from many disciplines.
A couple of Boston’s iconic gathering spots, the Harvard Club on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston has been the setting for Friday Forum luncheon events since our association began, and more recently, the Union Club on Park Street. These historical and tasteful settings, as well as consistently delicious fare, have set the gold standard for our luncheon events. Presenters often choose to address our group because they can come to these venues! Over the years, we have occasionally held a luncheon event at another venue associated with a presenter (e.g. Fenway Park for the Red Sox Foundation). But overall, our stakeholders have insisted that we continue to meet in Boston at one of these prestigious clubs. See you there!
